Individual Psychotherapy

Anxiety and depression are two of the most common mental health conditions in our modern world, and unfortunately many experience this in silence. Sometimes, all we need is a safe space to process what’s in our minds - other times we need to learn evidence-based tools to create emotional equilibrium. It is important for our therapy work to be affirming of your personal values, culture, and identities, exploring who you are to help you create who you want to be.

Psychiatric / Emotional Support Animal Evaluation

Animals have provided emotional benefit to humans since the dawn of time, and very often our relationship with our animal companions are just as strong as our relationships with our human companions. For individuals with a psychiatric or mental health condition, our loving pets can often provide that support when we need it the most. I am trained to provide a comprehensive mental health evaluation to determine whether you would benefit from a psychiatric or emotional support animal in your home.

Couples and Family Therapy

Couples therapy and family therapy sessions are proven to have a positive impact on relationships. These sessions typically focus on improving communication, intimacy, understanding, and create opportunities for each person to address what is needed to enhance the relationship. Couples and family therapy can also be helpful to address sudden changes in the relationship and help to strengthen the relationship going forward.

Mental Health Consultation

Mental health conditions could benefit from psychotherapy, medication, or a combination of both. However, it is always beneficial to consult a first, second, or sometimes even third opinion. I am available for mental health evaluations and consultation for both patients and other providers and give proper recommendation for your unique situation.
